FAQs for Euro Model Expo 2022 are running as livestreams on the Modellbau360 YouTube channel. However, these videos will be available there until the EME on 26 and 27 March.

We have made a booking request and no confirmation yet. When will we receive an answer?
All booking requests not yet answered by 20 February will be answered by 27 February! We will try to answer all later requests by 27 February. However, it may take a few days longer there.
When and where can I find a list of exhibitors and a hall plan?
The exhibitor directory and hall plan will be uploaded on the Euro Model Expo website in the week before Euro Model Expo - i.e. from 20 March.
How can I support Euro Model Expo?
You can be a big supporter of EME by subscribing to the YouTube channel Modellbau360 and activating the bell there. It doesn't cost anything, but it's incredibly helpful! Among a lot of other interesting issues you will find there answers to FAQs and other EME related stuff. If you then feel addressed or have ideas, you can contact the EME organising team via comments or messages.
Where can we get tickets for EME 2022?
There will be two ways to purchase tickets.
1. from Thuesday 8 March we will launch our ticket online shop. The day ticket will cost 12,- Euro and the two-day ticket 20,- Euro.
2. there will also be a box office. At the box office the day ticket costs 14,- Euro and the two-day ticket 25,- Euro.
Parking is free of charge!
What about pre-sold tickets for EME 2020?
Tickets purchased in advance for Euro Model Expo 2020 at Modellbau König are still valid for EME 2022 due to the corona-related cancellation of EME 2020 and 2021.
Will there be a competition at EME 2022?
Yes, there will be a model building competition.
Will there be special categories in the 2022 competition and if so, which ones?
Yes, there will be a model building competition.
The special categories will be those that were set for EME 2020.
The special categories are as follows:
-British Jets 1945-1995
Where and when can I register for the competition?
There are two ways to register for the competition:
1. Online from 01 March to 20 March on the Euro Model Expo website www.euromodelexpo.jimdo.com
2. Onsite at the Euro Model Expo on 26 March from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Is there an entry fee for the competition?
Yes, there will be a registration fee of 2.00 euros per model pre-registered online and 2.50 euros per model registered on site. You simply pay this fee at the model acceptance stand on site at the Euro Model Expo.
When will the award ceremony take place?
The award ceremony will take place on Sunday 27.3.2022 starting at 13:30.
How does the competition jury judge?
The jury guidelines will be available on the Euro Model Expo website www.euromodelexpo.jimdo.com from 01 March 2022.
Will there be a schnitzel buffet again on Saturday evening?

FAQ Pt.2 27. February 2022
When is the stand set-up?
-Friday 25 March from 14:00 h to 20:00 h
-Saturday 26 March from 08:00 to 9:45 !!!
-Sunday, in case of redecoration or additional deliveries from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
-Stand set-up by clubs and traders must be completed by 9:45 am on both Saturday and Sunday, as visitor entrances will open at 10:00 am.
-No access for exhibitors through the exhibitor entrances will be possible after 9:45 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
When does the stand take down take place?
-Sunday 27 March from 16:00 until 20:00
-Stand dismantling does not start earlier than 16:00!!!
-Models can also only be removed from the competition tables after the end of the show at 16:00.
How will the stand set-up take place?
-Tables, chairs and space for the club stands will still be provided free of charge by the Euro Model Expo organisation.
-We will support you with an experienced team of coordinators. They will help you with questions regarding table set-up and take-down.
-All clubs set up and take down their tables independently according to instructions! You will pick up the tables from the table storage stations, each no more than 10 metres away, and bring them back folded after the show.
Pack work gloves!
-We also ask you to support the traders and us in setting up and taking down their tables. Many hands make quick work of this!
Please plan enough time! This applies to table set-up and take-down!
Do exhibitors have to bring table cloths?
-Table cloths must be brought by the exhibitors themselves.
-Table cloths are obligatory!
-Please make sure to put this item on your checklist when packing your exhibition boxes!
Are electrical devices allowed on the exhibition stands?
-In principle, yes.
-However, hotplates, coffee machines and other heat-generating devices are not included.
-Please test any electrical device that you intend to use at the show at home beforehand to ensure that it works properly.
-It goes without saying that naked flames are not permitted anywhere on the exhibition grounds!
Opening hours of Euro Model Expo 2022
-The exhibition opens to the public at the main hall entrance on Saturday 26 March and Sunday 27 March at 10:00.
-The exhibition closes for visitors on Saturday 26 March at 18:00.
-The exhibition closes for visitors on Sunday at 16:00.
Is there WLAN / WIFI in the Emslandhallen?
-Yes, there is WLAN/WIFI in the Emslandhallen.
-The access options will be announced on the exhibition days. Further information will follow.
Is there a smoking area on EME2022?
-Yes, there will be a smoking area at EME2022. This is located on the outdoor terrace already used in previous years. This area is signposted!
Is private sales allowed at club stands at EME2022?
-Unlike in previous years, in principle yes.
-The condition is that a maximum of two tables are let for this purpose in addition to the normal club tables at traders' conditions.
-Sales and exhibitions at club stands should therefore not be mixed on the tables. There are the one or two tables on which the goods are placed. And only there do the goods belong. They have no place in the midst of other exhibits!
